CrossFit

Our CrossFit class is high-intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine everything from cardio and bodyweight movements to barbell, dumbbell, medicine ball and kettlebell exercises as well as strength and skill based segments. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it! *Completion of our 1-on-1 On-Ramp program is required prior to participating.

Boot Camp

Bootcamp classes are our cardio based HIIT workouts that incorporate all of the same movements we do in our CrossFit classes but without all the technical barbell movements. Our Bootcamp classes offer a fun and challenging combination of exercises including bodyweight exercises, dumbbell, medicine ball and kettlebell movements with a focus on core strength and cardio conditioning. *No prerequisites required to begin.
